About Us
My name is Robert Lindsley. My wife, Nancy, and I are real estate investors. Our company is Opal Capital, which I named after her birthstone.

Opal Capital focuses on multifamily properties in the Central Florida area. Our method is to find off-market properties that positively cashflow, buy them below market value, and create a substantial additional value upon purchase.

Opal's portfolio currently holds 31 units in total. So far, our average value forced per unit since purchase has been 70%. We have been in business for 7 years.

Nancy and I currently live in Lake County, FL, just outside of Orlando. Before I got into multifamily properties, my background was in video game production. I was fortunate enough to get my first job working in the technology in 1988, as a producer on the acclaimed series King's Quest. I went on to work on XBox, Rock Band, Ghostbusters: The Video Game, and countless others. Being in technology production for nearly 30 years, I have managed budgets upwards of $100M.
